Ní neart go cur le chéile

Ní neart go cur le chéile

In Spring 2024, Rotary Ireland initiated a nationwide project to support the humanitarian work of the Irish Defence Forces in Lebanon. During the last twelve months, the worsening economic, security and humanitarian situation in Lebanon has amplified the need for aid to the local population. With the support of the 12th Infantry Battalion based in Sarsfield Barracks Limerick, University Hospital Limerick, The Irish Red Cross (Limerick Branch), we in Limerick North Munster Rotary Club have dispatched two consignments of medical supplies to our troops in Lebanon. These supplies will be distributed to organisations and groups operating in Lebanon who are providing medical aid to those most in need. Limerick North Munster Rotary Club is grateful to our partners across the city and county who have helped to gather these supplies and for their strong support for this Rotary Ireland initiative.
